I came here 2 years after I left school, due to family issues impacting my studies at previous colleges, and the staff here were so supportive. I achieved my gcse in english, which I never thought i would get, as well as DDM in Health and Social Care at level 3. I also was awarded student of the year, student of the month, and received a vocational specialist achievement award - all in the same year. I'm at uni now doing a masters in education, having secured an upper second class in my undergrad last year. I cannot thank these teaching staff enough for supporting me the way they did, both academically and personally.”

The team were incredibly helpful with our booking, not just pointing us to a number or system, but actually taking the time to help and find a solution that worked for our family. That personal approach made such a difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, the spa is fantastic (exactly what we needed!), and breakfast was absolutely fab- great quality, plenty of choice and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a very family-friendly hotel where you genuinely feel looked after from start to finish. We’ve stayed before and will happily return again. Highly recommend for comfort, great service and a touch of luxury.”

“Leek is a great town, and offers a more relaxed approach shopping that retail parks don't have, with an even greater choice of shops and cafes for you to visit. On this visit we went into the local library, and what a really nice surprise it gave us. Not only is the building a fantastic example of architecture long forgotten, but it also housed some great little surprises. It has a library, a small museum, a bit of an art gallery, and a small gift shop, the gift shop having some great bargains. This really is a place that anyone visiting needs to see, to which I'm sure you'll love what you see.”
