“Another town another premier inn , this time the room ( prem + ) was massive well furnished comfortable and super clean , Leanne greeted to me and was a great example of how staff are the hotel and greeted me with a warm smile and explained everything i needed to know even went and got me some Hot Chocolate which you don’t actually get in the rooms ! Again loaned me an Apple Watch charger as I’d forgotten mine as I need it as I have an app to check blood sugar ! Perfect hotel and if Leanne is anything to go by the staff will all be wonderful too”

“The most perfect wedding venue. From the outset of booking this venue Jose was there guiding us through everything we needed to know - not just about the venue, but advice on photographers and the actual ceremony expectations. The venue and grounds are simply stunning, you’d have never known we were so close to Stone centre! We were very lucky to get married outside and it was breathtaking, our wedding breakfast took place upstairs and it had its rustic charm with the beams and wheel, again, with lots of our guest commenting how lovely it was to see the character of the building. The food was unreal, one of the biggest compliments post wedding we got was about how amazing the food was especially the paella! Jose, his sister and all his family & workers that help run The Mill truly make it the wonderful, stress free and magical place to get married. I cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Needed hotel as visiting family near by, this was in an excellent location. Alsager is a lovely town, we visited a lovely bakers and had a lovely lunch. Also pubs and couple of restaurants nearby for evening meals. If you like national trust, there's a quaint place called Little Morton Hall worth a visit. The hotel was run by lovely people, and the breakfast can't be faulted. We will definitely stay there again”

“The accomodation was excellent. We had a converted outbuilding to ourselves with a choice of bedrooms, a small kitchen, lounge and conservatory. A friendly welcome from Eileen together with a couple of generous slices of cake was a perfect start to the stay at the farm. There was plenty of toiletries, tea, coffee, milk etc and the kitchen was well appointed with immaculate and modern appliances. The owners have got a Labrador puppy named Harper who was absolutely adorable. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely return to this idyllic and peaceful location with stunning views of the countryside. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the area. We ended up having a curry in a restaurant called "New royal balti" in Audley which was superb. Being non licensed we took a bottle of wine there from the Tesco store a few doors away.”

“Lovely cafe, the cakes and coffee are very much recommend. Very good size menu with lots of options catering for various dietary requirements. Very friendly staff. Very quick service too. Gift shop has lots of treats and a good variety of gifts. Very large area outside for enjoying the sun and relaxing with large greens for playing games and a nice children's park. The car park is pay and display.”

“Pete and his team provided a superb experience throughout every moment of the trip right from the start. We opted for two days, including a practice day at which we could take seemingly endless photos, and we were very glad we did. Pete was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole experience and a very friendly face when we met in Augusta. The accommodation in Athens was a high standard in a very pleasant university town. Any requested change to our itinerary was dealt with very quickly and practically and with minimum fuss. Lorraine in the office was fantastic in every aspect of her work and is a really valuable contact during the trip. The whole experience was fantastic and I could not recommend Pete and his team at Tailormade more highly.”

“I have used this pre-school setting for two of my children now each child will have done two years each, it is run to a high professional standard, with an open door policy, if I’ve had any issues they’re fast to act upon it. Both my girls have been happy to attend here, and have formed great relationships with the staff along the years, they are happy and thriving in their education for their age and it is due to the great support they've received from Elaine and the rest of the staff from an early age. My youngest is due to start in September too, he has SEN and they’ve offered extra settling in sessions and are more than happy to accommodate his needs. A very supportive setting to us as a whole family not just the children they care for.”

“I had my wedding here on the 8th August 2025. Abby and Howard did such a fantastic job. Our ceremony was in the cave at the follies, our reception was at the hotel. Our day was absolutely perfect and all our guests complimented all the work Abby and Howard did. The day ran smoothly and there was no stress or issues. The hotel was spotless and extremely clean. They moved our belongings to the bridal suite, and left us a lovely surprise when we retired to our room at night. The food was absolutely delicious. Food was delivered warm and in a timely manner. Abby even assisted me with setting everything up ready the day before my wedding. I cannot compliment Abby and Howard enough. Abby especially has been wonderful over the last 18 months of wedding planning. She has always been polite, responsive and so incredibly kind and welcoming to my family, guests and ourselves. Our wedding was a very long day and Abby and Howard were absolutely exceptional. We truly cannot thank you enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams. I would strongly recommend couples to get married at the follies, it an intimate wedding is preferred. It was beautiful and the views were just breathtaking. We had additional guests for our wedding breakfast, with further guests for our evening reception. All at the Hawkstone Park Hotel. Abby was very accommodating to our needs. “We stopped in for Sunday lunch today. Don’t be fooled, the place looks unassuming but it packs a punch! We had the pork belly, the beef and the kids had pizza. Utterly delicious. First off you can order yorkies as a side AND a pot of gravy. I am always wanting more of both. Secondly the meat was cooked perfectly there was a great selection of veggies and the roast pots were yum. The portions were just right as well and we were able to sit for a moment and relax whilst the kids went into the playground. The staff were also brilliant, so friendly and helpful.
