( I feel I am qualified to make this statement as I also work in a highly professional organisation were excellent standards skill knowledge care and compassion must be practised, so I always notice when I am in an excellent environment ). All this important stuff aside I absolutely must tell you how amazing my results are. I am absolutely over the moon. For me there was no bruising not much swelling, I walked out of the clinic looking and definitely feeling fabulous. So I have talked about the important stuff and told you about my fantastic results which are improving weekly. What really overwhelmed me was the aftercare call I received the very next morning, even though I was given check up appointments before I left the clinic. This is definitely client care in action. Dr Teri advised me against other treatments (fillers) and explained why these might not be suitable for my face. I was apprehensive before the botox but Dr Teri's personable approach soon put me at ease. I really value the follow up appointment where any further tweaks might be needed and I can compare the before and after pics. I love the effects of my treatment, I can see a marked improvement which is very evident on the before and after pics, but subtle enough so no one asks what I've had done. I still look very much like me and do not have a frozen look at all and wish I'd had this years ago.”
