I raised a request for a "block of flats" buildings insurance quote on a Sunday afternoon and he actually phoned that evening to clarify my requirements! Alex consequently provide a very competitive quote that was over 30% cheaper than our existing provider and was very patient and dedicated in answering a number of questions that I had about the level of cover. I would have been happy to switch had my existing provider not lowered their quote to retain the business.
