“I found this place online while searching for a particular product. Needing it urgently for a job, I dropped a quick email in as the phones were down that day. Ian was fantastic. He answered all of my questions promptly and acurately. He arranged payment and the collection from the supplier's wharehouse in Derby. A 5 Star experince for me as a customer - not something you get much of these days. Big thanks to Ian for helping out - especially today when it was his day off. Thank you.”

“We hired the boat "Molly May" through Waterways Holidays from Norbury Wharf.. We arrived and we met by friendly approachable staff. The Boat was ready to go and was spotless.. We loaded up and Phil showed us all we needed to know, he was very thorough and left us full of confidence for the week ahead. On return we were helped into the boat yard and had to admit to a lost windlass and 2 broken glasses!! The staff were very good about it and didn't charge us and even offered 5% off our next to holiday with them! The cafe and chandlery were also excellent.. Many thanks for a great wk of off grid solitude!!”

“This is a coffee shop offers costa coffee branded drinks which is always a good point to buy a hot chocolate at the end of the day when you need it most, it's located in the forbidden valley and does have a small outside area aswell as the indoor coffee lounge but as you can imagine it's somewhat noisy based in between one of the nemesis rides and Toxicator so not ideal if you want a quiet 10 minutes throughout the day. But it is ideal if your planning on leaving via the exit gate at galacticor which is next to all the car parks”
