“Just wanted to feedback about the level of service and care I received today at Silk dental. It was absolutely exceptional, the dentist and technician both made me feel at ease, not judged listened to my concerns and offered a treatment plan that would hopefully seek to return my teeth to a point of health. The other thing I’d like to point out is the investment in the practice itself - it’s a beautiful space, and so inviting, rather than obviously clinical. All the staff were friendly and patient, and the communication throughout from the initial conversation about re-joining to the helpful reminders left in voicemails, to everything being in an App- just such a pleasurable experience- especially considering the anxiety I had built about going to the dentist.
