“Lovely morning at Leon's open day meeting many of the friends we have made on our holidays and enjoying seeing rob a tim again the best coach drivers and seeing their coaches looking so shiny a credit to them. “Introduced by a friend to Lesley at Brilliant Travel. Never used a private agent before. Wish I had done it years ago. Lesley booked a 10 day holiday for my partner and I at short notice with plenty of changes to suit our timescale and resort needs. Overnight at the airport hotel my partner took ill, 4hrs before the flight. A dash back to the midlands and she was hospitalised for a week. The holiday was cancelled at very short notice. Lesley sorted the travel company and made sure everything was done that was required. She also advised on claiming through our holiday insurance and what the likely pitfalls were. It was decided I should continue with our holiday plans so once again Lesley booked me another all inclusive at a great price and 3 days later I flew out to Turkey. Everything was perfect. A very stressful time made easier by Lesley doing all the hard work. Nothing but praise for her service and professionalism. It took late evening calls, messages over the weekend and some inconvenience but the results and service were excellent. My partners recovering at home and we will book our next holiday with Brilliant Travel. Very highly recommended.”
