“This is going to be a very delayed review - I did my degree here from 1983 to 1986 when the second floor hosted the Combined Science Department of North Staffs Poly where I did Physics and the Dwight Building out the back was home to Ceramic Engineering. Visually, the building hasn't changed at all but the Student Union is much less dingy now - but we can't have everything! Stoke is a big-hearted and friendly place, which also went for the staff of the Mellor Building - I hope it's the same now! I had a wonderful time here...”

It has a library, a small museum, a bit of an art gallery, and a small gift shop, the gift shop having some great bargains. This really is a place that anyone visiting needs to see, to which I'm sure you'll love what you see.”
