He knows the houses in and around the Stoke-on-Trent area and knows just what is needed to make a good job even better. Adrian the fitter was a great all-round guy. He’s one of these rare people who go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. He and his oppo Jack got stuck straight in and finished the job in just a few days. “I had a jumbo bag of logs delivered which I easily ordered and paid for online, delivery was delayed due new load being dried in the oven, no problem as I received good communication, logs were still quite warm when delivered, the driver was very pleasant and dropped them where I wanted. “Best customer service i have came across in a long time Nothing was a hassel!! I ordered samples that came very quickly , the quality of the tiles were excellent and the price was the cheapest i have seen! I purchased tiles for my full downstairs area they came quickly unfortunately 2 packs had been broken in transit but after an email they sent out replacements straight away! I am now looking to purchase outdoor tiles and i would not go anywhere else as the quality and price is fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to friends/family.”
