“I felt compelled to write something to share my experience with my Anita because I am truly so grateful for her! I’ve been working with Anita for about 8 months and just finished my last session. I was initially unsure how valuable counselling would be to me as I’ve got extensive education in psychology and coaching and felt like I already knew my stuff. I’m so thankful I took notes from the very first session, as if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have believed the results. After a huge life change and months in lockdown I found myself feeling extremely trapped and unhappy. I was completely conflicted and genuinely could not see a solution. I’ve had so many eye opening moments with Anita. She’s helped me connect more with my younger self which in turn has led me to become more compassionate towards myself than I ever have been. She’s helped me recognise the importance of my boundaries and allowed me to create more freedom in doing so without feeling guilty. I’ve gone from a place of blaming and desperately wanting to escape to actually feeling content and more secure in myself than I ever have been. As Anita would say, this is my own doing, but it wouldn’t have been possible without her as a catalyst. Everybody needs counselling, and I genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than Anita!”
