“I contacted Butters John Bee to obtain a valuation for my property & they were extremely efficient. I was contacted promptly after my initial contact & a date was set for the valuation appointment. A lovely lady called Cerys then followed that up via text & email and a reminder was sent just prior to the appointment to see if it was still OK to attend. Following the valuation, I requested for it to be sent in writing and again, this was done very promptly, with no pressure to use them for a sale.
