The atmosphere inside is so nice, and the guys are so friendly, it makes it such a lovely place to visit - and the coffee is so delicious that's worth going for alone. There's a great cake selection. The brownies/tiffin/cookies/cakes are just right, they are rich and taste amazing without being too much and there are loads of gluten free and vegan choices so it's a great place to go with anyone.”

“A lovely little place with a good breakfast. I had the full English, it was well priced. The bacon was well done just like I asked for. Food was tasty and set us up for the day. We went on a Sunday morning. It opens at 8am which I think is amazing. Nice plants in the windows, nicely presented place. The staff are great, even the chefs in the back give us a smile. Would definitely recommend.”

“*****AMAZING***** After doing a lot of research looking for the right tattoo artist, I was told about John and his attention to detail so got onto social media to find out more. WOW When people say oh go here or go there you tend to take it with a pinch of salt. All I can say is I’m so glad I waited. Booked in with John whilst we were away, sent some ideas over and agreed time and date. Turned up for the appointment this morning. We were welcomed into the studio which was spotless and such a relaxed environment. We were offered drinks whilst discussing sizing, position and also future work on a previous tattoo. The wife was up first for her first tattoo. John’s attention to detail is amazing the skill that this guy has is unbelievable. The wife was that impressed with her new ink, whilst I was in the chair she was looking for her next piece having a good old chat with Angela. Once I was finished in the chair John went through all the aftercare with us both and what we should and shouldn’t do. Overall great experience, great price and more importantly a GREAT tattoo. Thanks again John you will be seeing us again.”

“From looking round the venue to our wedding day, the whole experience with Heaton House Farm has been effortless. The venue are so organised and responsive, it takes a lot of stress out of the process of organising your wedding. Our wedding coordinator Anya was amazing and the day ran so smoothly, we did not have to stress or think about anything. We could just enjoy what was the best day of our lives. The venue itself is beautiful with different options of where to hold your ceremony to suit each couple's vision of their wedding day. The venue is spotless and all the staff are so helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best day possible. Me and the bridal party loved getting ready in the pamper room, it just made the day extra special to have that time there and means you are not stressed on the morning of your big day. The bridal suite is simply stunning, with views of the countryside in the sunshine. You must have a photograph in front of the giant tree it is simply spectacular! There are no hidden extra costs, so you can keep track of your budget. Guests commented how gorgeous and well organised the day was. There never felt like there were any lulls in the day. Everyone had an amazing time. We could not recommend the venue enough and we would like to thank all the staff and especially Anya for ensuring we had the best day of our lives!”

“From initial contact to return of car, everything is friendly and organised. It has to be as they operate from small base and have lots of clients. Once you get in turnaround is quick, but don't expect this to be tomorrow. They know what they are doing too, and have fulfilled both simple (punctures) and complex) replacement steering rack) efficiently and cost effectively. Glad I live so close. Probably wouldn't have chosen this garage from a passing look”

“Good range of wines at a good price with excellent service. They do wine tasting and can advise on what you might like. They even colour code the shelves to help you. Beer range is not what it was in terms of price or choice. They have a wide range of gin too. Plenty of parking and they helped us carry to the car.”

Prices are well above the usual high street brands but the quality and craftsmanship is felt in every piece they sell. The shop itself is an old silk mill. A four storey building filled with sofas, dining tables, beds, carpets, rugs, home decor, candles, painting etc. You could definitely spend a couple of hours browsing. Cafe was great. Excellent service. Full cooked breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed by hubby. And my ploughman's sandwich was tasty and very filling. We also had large chunky chips that were fab. Breakfast until 11.30am. Brunch all day and mains from 11.30am. Free parking available. Staff were pleasant and polite. Great place to get some decor inspiration or to just pop in for something to eat.”
