    “Well I have just been to Trespass at Trentham to return an item I bought online. I must say the customer service was brilliant the young lady sorted my refund whilst a very knowledgeable gentleman provided me with everything I needed to know about keeping warm and dry in very low temperatures. It also said 60% off so bagged myself several bargains at the same time. I must admit when it says 60% off you don’t generally get great bargains but this was a genuine sale unlike several other stores whose sales were not half as good as the ones in this store. It isn’t often that I am able to say I have received excellent customer service but today I can so feel they deserved a mention to show my appreciation. So thank you both very much! xx Happy Friday everyone!”
