“Really nice little casual fine dining restaurant. Cosy place, good attentive service and excellent food. The gravadlax starter was very refreshing and the chicken vol au vent tasty. The The roast dinners were good and my pork chop with tempura corn was outstanding very well cooked. Desserts were tasty as well, a good example of Tiramisu and great cherry bakewell. Enjoyed the experience, would like to try the tasting menu next time, not cheap but worth it for high quality food.”

This means we won't be visiting again as we can go to places like that much closer to home. “We visited yesterday for a family wedding and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. It is a super wedding venue and the staff were very organised and ensured that it all ran very smoothly. One member of staff who stood out to us was Sophie. She was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. She served the canapés in a very efficient and friendly manner. The following morning ( today ) she served us with a delicious breakfast and was as helpful as she had been yesterday. She certainly stood out to us but I will add that all the staff worked efficiently and calmly throughout the day. Thank you for a lovely day xx”

“I attended a private party held at Gurkha Dining. Gurkha Dining provided an exquisite meal for us! Every bite was a delight, full of gorgeous flavours, wonderful aromas, and lots of oohs and ahs of satisfaction followed. It was beautifully presented and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The acoustics were also great, in that even though we were a biggish party, we could converse easily and naturally. I recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly!”
