“As a visitor from Australia and after waiting many hours at Casualty Morriston hospital for help after a head injury I had sustained I left unsatisfied and sought the help from IGP. I was impressed by firstly by the caring and helpful way I was triaged on the telephone and then by an appointment with a Medical practitioner that was given to me me in Cardiff I couldn’t have made a better decision to get some private assistance and can highly recommend the help I received from IGP. Efficient, caring and first class throughout. Thank you”

“The staff were so understanding and helpful when I was staying here last month. There was a little mishap where I ended up not paying the breakfasts for my partner at the time. Instead of making it a big fuss, they simply asked I bring my card the next day to pay the rest. Apart from that, the bed was brilliant and I slept so easy. The dog did, too!”

“Let me tell you, this is THE BEST takeaway I have ever tried. The burgers are phenomenonal, the salad is crunchy af it is literally the perfect salad, the delivery is always so fast... The chips could do with a bit of improvement but they're nice enough. I don't think I'll ever be allowed to try another takeaway again because my boyfriend won't let me. They also send a complimentary bag of sweets which is always nice :)”

“We visited on Mother's day for a 3 course carvery meal. The staff were all lovely, especially Lois behind the bar who I had a laugh with & the very happy singing man serving at the meat station. The carvery quality was MUCH higher than Toby C. Big portions of meat, stunning roasties, veg fresh & topped up frequently and everything was cooked very very nicely. Our first visit here but it will certainly not be the last. Highly recommend trying this place, especially as the carvery prices are so good!”
