“This was a great hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed it every morning. There is also a cute outdoor area to sit closer to nature. The snacks from the bar were also delicious. The only small obstacle is that the hotel does not have an elevator however their staff help you carry your luggage up the stairs. the rooms are great, spacious and with plenty of commodities.”

“Even though you can't access inside, it's always nice to chill out near the ruins . Modern era: Today, the ruins are a stark contrast to the modern city center surrounding them, visible in Castle Square.”

“Great place to stay. Amanda and Dave, on the front desk, gave excellent service. Got checked in quickly, including sorting out parking to ensure I wasn't charged. They gave info on the opening times of the other services facilities and if I had any problems that they were there to assist. Bedrooms were clean and fresh, and had that freshly deep cleaned smell. The facilities overall are a bit worn with age, but nothing severely damaged, and it wouldn't take much to get these small things sorted. But this didn't detract from my stay. Certainly a place I would look forward to using again, after a long day of work and driving.”

The pizza, garlic bread and wedges were all pipping hot when he handed the order to me. As for the food, it was all gorgeous. “Good service, best chips and generally good food as there was no complaints from my group if friends. Went there for a birthday celebration and they gave the person with the birthday a slice of cake, which I believe is a TGI.Friday special cake, and sung a happy birthday song. Great evening, I'd recommend to anyone who loves burgers and ribs who isn't on a tight budget as it's quite expensive.”

“Did a shop here on Wed 24th Sept. Found the shop well spaced, well laid out and everywhere was clean. Huge carpark which was less than half full and had several dedicated places for disabled persons as well as family groups. Really, just the kind of experience one should expect from a large store.”
