“I was supposed to write this review a wile ago but I forgot, few months ago I ordered a new wheel for my giant bike, I went to the store and ordered with one of the guys, we checked before if it was available in the warehouse to be quick delivers at the store, i paid for it and they told me that I will get it in within few days, but after few weeks I didn’t get anything, I went to holiday leaving back my bike and using my sister one, not a great time … Nobody knows why that wheel took so long to arrive but I got it after my holiday almost 7/8 weeks after I ordered. I was not happy at all about that but Duncan, a guy who works there, noticed my frustration and offered me to replace the wheel for free, this gesture changed my review from negative to positive. Thank you Duncan! You did a great job!”

Denise was very friendly and approachable when we met to view the flat and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when moving in. Any problems we had were dealt with as soon as possible with the maintenance staff sorting us out as fast as they could. Everyone in the office were very responsive and attentive when we had any problems - especially Lisa and Victoria. Everyone was very switched on and made sure that the house was well looked after during a stressful final year so it was nice we didn’t have to worry about any problems. The house was very clean when we moved in and in a great location close to campus. Definitely would recommend to any students looking for a student let in Swansea!”
