This place served up the most authentic Thai fried rice I've tasted outside of Thailand. The chicken was tender and succulent, the prawns fresh and juicy, and the rice... absolute perfection—light, fragrant, and cooked just right. Each mouthful brought back memories of traveling through the bustling streets of Bangkok and street stalls and seaside eateries in Phuket.
