“Went for the 1st time this weekend (Friday 09/09/23 & Saturday 10/09/23) the reception staff was amazing so polite I didn't use the 1st bar I used the one by the dance floor the staff on that bar was amazing so polite answered all my questions about the deals they had on please pass on my thanks to them. I recommend this place so much & having read all the reviews I was skeptical about going but I really enjoyed it and will go again. Gorgeous is the name and all the staff both male & female are gorgeous aswell if you pardon the pun.”

“Hired Fabaloony for our Works Family day and they were absolutely amazing! Every one was so happy and impressed with the face painting skills and the Balloon making was just next level with high demand all day through for both. Very Professional Very Friendly would highly recommend”

“My Daughter brought me my brother Stepmum here for afternoon tea. What a lovely little place. The staff were all really lovely really warm and welcoming . Great selection of sandwiches a sharing plate and then so many cakes we couldnt eat them all The food was really nice and delicious and of good quality Oh and a real lovely vanilla latte And the prices are really good. Thank you ladies for a really lovely afternoon lots of recommendations coming from our way My favourite of the day was the scones really really nice”

“Excellent bar for a night out, has live music on certain nights, comfy seating areas, they keep it really clean throughout the night. The staff were excellent and friendly. Great selection of cocktails and drinks behind the bar. Highly recommend if you want a fun night out.”

“I dont normally write reviews, but based on the some of the negative comments on here , I felt a need too. Firstly, if we dont support venues like this . They will be gone! The landlady was very friendly, and its not much of an ask to throw money in a tray for the band (who had travelled all the way from cardiff). Finally, James Oliver Band are really amazing. Blessed to see such a great artist in a unique setting. We will definitely be back for more.”

“I personally don't understand the bad reviews about Planet? The atmosphere is fantastic and because its the only metal nightclub in Wolverhampton, it gets busy... which makes it a fast paced environment to keep people happy! If it hits capacity, people shouldn't take it personally if they aren't let in or if the bar staff are trying to keep up with how busy it is... It's because it's a popular place!! Most of the time it's the customers that make bar staff and door staff lives hard. The music is great, the staff are awesome and they have done a great job trying to accommodate their customers over the years. There is a validated reason this place survived covid. For pop rock, pop punk, nu metal, heavy metal... on certain occasions even pop, dance and decade themed nights. There's plenty of eclecticism and everyone is accepting there. I will always recommend planet, if you just want to go and have a great time with your friends without feeling judged, the Planet is great.”

“This was absolutely fantastic experience from the minute you walk i n you are talked to and made to feel welcome. Food very lovely and fresh and they also do a black Country staple of fresh battered chips you must try. Prices are fantastic no toilets but a disabled access if needed a small car park outside you can eat in or take out brilliant fish and chips shop”

“Went to Bella Italia with my mom and sister to have a nice dinner before watching Wicked. Hanna was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would come again as it's been a while! The food was brilliant. Thanks!”

“I live in Liverpool, so I have absolutely no reason to say anything positive even—why would I bother to comment? But wow! I never thought I’d have a proper takeaway like this again. I usually love a la carte, posh vegan restaurants, but I’ve missed the greasy, indulgent pizzas I used to have before going vegan—and this place delivered exactly that. The calzone, garlic bread, and pizza were all incredible. Even better, it was a hit with my two autistic kids, which isn’t always easy. We were just visiting the Black Country Museum, and if I’m ever in the area again, of course I’ll be ordering—because wow. Ignore the other negative reviews—they’re talking rubbish. Maybe they just don’t like vegans, haha!”

“We hired Mark for my husband's 65th surprise birthday party without meeting him or seeing him at another event, so we didn't know what to expect. We just hoped for the best after reading his reviews. We weren't disappointed! Mark had everyone up dancing from the get-go! “We decided to go with Alt. Entertainments for our wedding as after looking at the website and a little reading we realised Ian could offer us a more bespoke experience for our needs. On the day Ian turned up well in advance of the start time, and promptly set up his equipment ready to go. He was very courteous and professional, the music provided was what we wanted and he even went the extra mile to meet our personal requests. I would highly recommend using Alt. Entertainments for any celebration. After the initial video consultation you can tell Ian holds music in high regard, which is reflected in the service he provides.”
