“I had a wonderful vegetarian Indian afternoon tea at Uday’s on Dudley Road in Wolverhampton. The decor is classy and modern, with a peaceful ambiance and a beautiful glass waterfall feature that really sets the tone. The afternoon tea was a great mix of Indian street food and classic bites – pav bhaji, veg fingers with chips, samosa, papdi chaat, gol guppe, sandwiches, macarons, gulab jamun, and chilli soya. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and well-presented. The masala chai was a standout – rich, warm, and perfectly spiced. The service was excellent – the whole team was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A special thanks to Binesh, who made sure everything ran smoothly.
