Following some unsatisfactory maintenance experiences on both mine and my wife's cars recently, from a garage that we have used for a few years now. I was advised by a close friend to try The Savoy Garage in Bridgeman St Walsall. Well quite simply Keith and Nathan were brilliant. I can't recommend them highly enough for the work carried out on my wife's Rover 214 and they are so much better than any of the garages I've used previously. Great value, top expertise, you also get to speak with the person who did the work, I was given great advice on what needed to be done and what could be left until the next time. Communication is brilliant, I was always kept updated on the progress of the service. They are very competitive in terms of costs and well worth the 12 mile round trip from my home. I was very impressed with ACMS, from my initial contact with their friendly efficient communications to booking the car in, ACMS being located just 5min walk from Walsall station at the bottom of the road, being updating of any possible extras which were fitted at no extra labour charge, the comprehensive paper and online service logs, through to collecting the car and explanation of the work. I was impressed by the knowledge from the lady at reception and her courtesy throughout - So pleased I’ve found a good independent Benz specialist, reasonably priced.
