I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the lady I spoke to (the owner) was and after discussing what my wife might like I decided to book her in for a massage, what I was particularly impressed with was how the lady listened to me and explained how given the fact my wife suffers with her back that a back massage would be of more benefit for her even though she could have just sold a full body massage which was dearer. Nice to see this day in age a place where need is more important than money. My wife attended her massage and she was well impressed, so much so I have booked myself in now to. At the start of the course we had an itinerary which was adhered to. Nevertheless there was lots of time for questions and for students to share their experiences. The written material given was comprehensive and covered everything we had discussed and needed to know. The gift was an added and appreciated bonus. What was especially great about this experience is that it didn't end when you worked out of the door. Billy is interested in the wellbeing of each individual and she encourages the group to keep in touch. In the future I plan to complete Reiki III with Billy knowing that I will be well equipped to help others as well as being supported on my own developmental journey.”
