    I'm really upset and disappointed with the way I was treated by (Michelle) and the manager (Chloe). I went to the store to return a faulty electronic product, but they refused and argued with me in a very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful way. Their attitude was aggressive and completely unacceptable. ( Specially the MANAGER!) No customer should be spoken to like that. It honestly feels like basic customer service is missing. I'm especially surprised to see how many similar complaints there are about her in the reviews, yet nothing seems to have been done. I returned the item at the end Because I was right as the product was actually faulty. But because of this experience, I won't be using this store again if this is how customers are treated.

    I received very poor customer service tonight by both the member of staff serving me and manager. I felt humiliated for raising that my item was damaged! The manager was very hostile and verging on aggressive. What a shame. I normally have very positive experiences with Argos and have been a loyal customer for many years. Please Argos reconsider transporting board games without any protective packaging.

    The staff here give Argos bad reputation and make their own rules. Electrical goods should have 1 year warranty not just 30 days. That means Argos is selling counterfeit goods that only last a month and after selly oak Argos tells customers to go do what they like??? Is that how Argos is trading now. electrical goods only last a month?? This should be clearly explained otherwise you are deceiving customers. I had a faulty vaccum cleaner after 30 days and was told by selly oak Argos they can’t do anything about it? Where is the 1 year warranty for electrical items gone. ?

    Had a lovely experience here at Argos! Bought an iron which turned out to be faulty, took it back and the manger Pam assisted me. She refunded me in no time and got me a replacement as quick as she could! Really good customer service especially when the staff go above and beyond for you! Hats off to them

    Very poor customer service the women who served me left me feeling upset. I purchased an app laptop charger and I tried it in my laptop in the café to find out it didn't work. So i went to return it within 5-minutes. The women said no because I had not refolded the laptop wire and attached the capable ties. I would have be an expert in origami to retie that wire. She was completely lacking in empathy and did not even want to offer an exchange and she also told me to take the laptop wire that did not work. My solution is better staff training on how to make customers happy and completely disregard your refund policy its ridiculous.

    It's OK. Depends what you are looking for.. the only annoying issue is. If its not in stock. They will either found out through another argos or order it for you... so. Stock is a little lame.

    I bought a phone 6 months ago and have had so many issues with the hardware and software. After 3 months I gave up and decided it needed to go back. Customer service said to take it in and return under warranty. I went in today and Martha helped me. Explained the issues and she shorter out the refund. Very happy because it's awful when you have issues with technology. Argos policy very good as were staff. I can see it must get busy in there so those complaining about waits should also consider that there are other tasks taking place not just picking stock. Well done Argos I have a high consumer confidence in you following this experience.

    Pathetic rude staff - one of the guys must have been high - anyways it’s the worst customer service, unorganised and running around without a clue shameful

    Small store, staff are unhelpful. I can see my item at the collection point. Staff brings down an item to give to a customer that ordered after me, then returns to the back of the store without giving me my item. Many customers waiting for their item and only one staff at the tills.

    Excellent customer service, it’s an absolute delight to shop at Argos. My blender was faulty and I took it back and they quickly replaced it with a new one as I didn’t have it for long. Keep up the excellent customer service!
