   we paid all the money after they built our kitchen and it’s broken and incomplete and is not finished. Cupboards are falling out, cupboards are not lined properly, oven broken, garbage not picked up (after contacting them many times),- this garbage situation has gotten so bad that neighbours are filing complaints as it’s ruining the grass and the image of the neighbourhood their staff such as the electrician never comes when they say they will and overall a bad service. We think that they decided to bring learning staff into our kitchen to learn how to do it- that’s how much of a mess it’s in and overall really horrid service. Because of the state of the kitchen and how much we were excited for it with the amount we were paying, we expected better and it’s really depressing for our family.

   You'd think a company as large as Magnet would have some sort of quality control, but the contractors who came to fit our kitchen were anything but. Nails and screws were left overhanging, the counter was not level, the cupboards were not level, water is leaking from the plumbing, using the oven trips the fuse in the kitchen, rubbish was not disposed of and even some areas were left damaged. The list of issues is endless. Furthermore, any attempt to contact them have failed. The branch manager sets up appointments to come and visit to see the issues but never turns up. They are more than happy to take your money, however. We have had to escalate our issue with the Citizens Advice Bureaux and may have to take legal action soon. I urge anyone reading this to avoid using them. A dream kitchen for my mother has turned into a nightmare.

   Missing parts and staff seriously unhelpful on the non trade side when looking into getting the correct parts. Trade guys ended up finding them for us a week later. Had to tell workmen to go home as we couldn't continue without the parts. Priced up incorrectly when planning so we thought it was going to be much cheaper than it ended up being. No apology, staff just used excuse they they are not trained for this. Would NOT recommend!!!

   Recommend this place 100%, can't thank Danny enough who sort all kitchen out for me, well worth every penny, very polite, helpful, professional and honest, plus advise u on what things make kitchen look better, plus I needed change cupboard draw, rang up magnet and manager swap it straight away with no problem, every one that works in magnet r top class customer service, RECOMMEND Highly, Thanks guys for top quality kitchen.

   This is only a small park but it is very clean. It is perfect for a walk with your dog, it's ideal for a visit with children for a picnic or a ball game. The trees are beautiful and I find it a pleasant place, good for a chat with other dog walkers as people are very friendly. Worth a visit. No playground for children though.
