Initially went there about 5 weeks ago, really great selection. As you do, clocked the prices and shopped around. Went back 2 weeks ago cos I couldn't find better or cheaper and ordered my worktops, uprights and a tap. Staff were friendly and really knowledgable. On the day of delivery, 2 lovely guys came, brought it all in, but showed me that they had spotted one of the 3m worktops had a scratch all the way down it. They explained that they would take it back and call me in a couple of hours with a solution. They did! They delivered another, 2 days later. I have been back today to buy another upright as I hadn’t ordered enough. Again, they were great. Friendly, very clued up about their products and really helpful. They even cut the 3m length down to the size I wanted, so I could get it in the car. Great service from this place, I am more than happy. Thank-you!

Wish I had read some of these reviews before buying my worktops from here. I first went to look at worktops after ordering my kitchen a couple of weeks ago, gave them the plans and measurements and they gave me a quote and offered fitting services, when I went back with accurate measurements after my cupboards had been installed they added roughly 5mm onto each of my measurements and then gave me a much higher quote. I paid it because they were the worktops I wanted and I asked for the fitting service and upstands too which came to just over £600 and they said I would get them in about a weeks time. A week went by with no communication so I rang them and they said oh yeah they think they’re in the workshop now but just keep waiting for a call. They sent me a text two days later to call them to pick a delivery day. I rang and organised delivery and asked if that’s when they will be fitting the worktops and they said they don’t offer fitting just the worktop and that I paid an extra £100 for cutting the joints. The worktops got delivered today and they have been cut and measured wrong and now don’t fit in my kitchen. I gave them the correct measurement and specifically asked for the joints to be in certain places and the person who drew it up and ordered my worktops measure it wrong and now the joint that I paid £100 extra for are useless and I am now having to find a joiner who can do it properly. The service has been incredibly poor and they clearly just saw me as a young woman who knew nothing, even after I mentioned the measurements and the joints being the wrong way around when I was ordering the worktops. Save yourself the stress and the money and go somewhere else.

Staff are rude and extremely unprofessional! Awful company! Would not use again. Looking at the reviews this seems to be a common trend. You would think a business who relys on word of mouth would care what its customers have to say but they clearly don’t.
