   We stayed here one night during National Holidays mystery trip weekend. The hotel looks very nice as it's recently undergone a refurb. Rooms were large with a nice bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very nice but unfortunately the choice of evening main meal on offer was very basic I suppose this reflected the price we paid but the choice of dessert was really good. The location was a bit out of the way so as we were on coach we couldn't really explore the area.

   No soap in any room, so its practically an epicentre for covid and other health issues, in 2025 I was shocked. There was fresh stains on the sheets with public hairs all over them, I just pulled the corner down and it was everywhere. There was dust everywhere! It was disgusting and it literally covered the walls I felt so sick and there was footprints on the wall by the bed. Its was the worst hotel I've ever been in. We were offer another room but the problems were the same, minus the footprints on the wall ubove the bed. We had to leave immediately with my toddler at silly o'clock in the morning to find another hotel and just went to the premier inn which was a little more. It was safe for my toddler or I to be there especially because we have health conditions with poor immune systems. In 2025, I thought every public building would have at least hand soap after covid its quite disgusting. The receptionist acted shocked seeing the photos, they fooled my autistic husband that it wasn't the norm there but im not buying it, they know.

   We stayed for one night enroute south. Clean and spacious room. No bad smell from carpet. Room was warm Double bed just adequate. Bathroom was clean too Soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Just a bath towel and a small towel. No towel for drying your feet in the bathroom. No soap for washing your hands Tv remote missing. Kettle worked well and coffee/tea was available. Very good value for the price we paid ! I’d stay here again

   2 night stay with my 2 cats was amazing reception women was so nice and professional. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower is amazing!! But the best part is the breakfast the chef was so well mannered and cooked everything to perfection! Would definitely come again just for the breakfast.

   Rooms did what they needed but very run down, water pressure wasn’t strong (my partner compared it to rain, I went as far as the morning dew) but the receptionist was very helpful with our shower when we couldn’t get it working. Well made beds but the pillows are rock hard, recommend bringing your own if you don’t want to sleep on a brick. Tea stained walls and what looks like makeup by the mirror, however I’m sure this would have been sorted had I have mentioned it. Overall service was good and friendly, but the place could do with a revamp.

   Avoid at all costs, dirty, not maintained and looks like a scene from a zombie movie. Seems to be housing immigrants which in its self isn't a problem but it means it more like a hostel with constant noise and loutish behaviour. You won't get a good nights sleep and will be woken up early by the traffic and building site at the rear! The pictures online are laughable, the place looks nothing like them! Knock it down and start again!

   thread bear carpets, smells aweful ,clueless staff ,filthy rooms and to add to it evicted without notice because rented out to home office for more money . nobody gives a explanation of any kind more than you have to leave by 11am in morning . ring head office and get nothing! terrible company with the correct reputation from reviews.

   Stayed here July 2nd- 4th and was very disappointed. The Hotel had seemingly just opened on that day yet gardens were overgrown with weeds cigarette butts all over outside the entrance, windows were filthy, outside windowsills hadn’t seen a cloth in years.Beer was like warm soup, food was below average and rooms very dark dingy & dated. Staff were very nice & very efficient

   More of a hovel then a hotel!I went here to study for a couple of nights due to noisy neighbours. I had tried to contact the hotel in advance to ensure I had a quiet room but received no response. When I asked the women at the desk could I have a quiet room got told its only what's allocated. Got to my room which was semi clean but still not good, I understand its budget but no excuse for poor cleanliness and lack of service. Room was dusty and humid, toilet didn't flush as ball and chain kept breaking till I fixed it. I was then told restaurant and pool both closed with no explination. This is fine if you wish not to open during covid but should be on your website as its false advertising. I then got kept up all night by lads in the next room shouting and playing music till 6am with no staff around to care. Wifi was also terrible! Was supposed to stay another night but checked out early take my advice and go to the Premier Inn across the Rd and and avoid this place at all costs!
