I stayed in this hotel for 5 days with a friend of mine. At first sight it looks very nice and clean but once you get into your room itβs a whole different story. The room smelled like eggs and shisha and in the bathroom there was also mold on the ceiling in the corners. Thereβs a shisha lounge under the hotel and late in the evening you can still hear noise and smell everything. When you leave they also donβt want to give back the copy of your passport and they donβt even have a real reason for that. When you mention these things to them they donβt care and they just look at you like youβre stupid.

We enjoyed our stay at London Star Hotel. The room was a great size for the price we paid and the location was ideal for an easy and not too long trip in to London via the tube (30-45 mins). I thought the room was a little tired (marks on the bathroom ceiling and curtains falling off the rail) but it did not affect my stay and the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and warm, and the staff were friendly and helpful so I couldn't ask for much more. I had been worried about noise but we were so tired we slept through any noise there might've been. I was very impressed and would stay here again.

This hotel is a gem of a find. Great location, with friendly efficient staff. The quality and finish of the room were absolutely excellent for the very competitive price point. Would recommend highly for any short stays in West London.

We had one luxury room and one normal room, both had everything you needed, luxury room was lovely though! The hotel is close to bus stops/15 minute walk to Acton main line, and Acton central tube stations which was ideal for getting into the centre. Staff were great too. Would definitely stay again, thanks!

was really impressed with my stay here. The hotel is affordable but doesnβt compromise on comfort or cleanliness. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with directions or recommendations. The location is ideal β close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to get around. For the price, itβs excellent value and feels like youβre getting much more than you pay for. Iβd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly option without cutting corners.

I stayed here twice in one week! The staff were all very accommodating and lovely. Even managed to get me the same room the second time. Lovely rooms with great privacy. I would definitely be happy to stay here a third time. Thank you staff.

The reception is very friendly, however there was a surprising 50 pound deposit, that I received back without discussion; the state of my room was not that good, but it could be worse. The deposit is a bit tricky because most of the mechanics at the door of the room and the room itself are very brittle, so be careful not to break anything, as that would make you pay the 50 pounds. I recommend bringing a leatherman and a few skrews so you can quickly fix stuff. I didn't sleep well because my room was rather noisy: the window didn't close right (bent window mechanics, could be repaired, but wasn't), so the traffic was very audible; also there was a steel shutter port below that window, it was operated at least until 23:30 to stow shisha's in and out for the customers of that business - a very loud affair in the room just above; and a electric fuse installation was in the wall of the room with a big wooden door to open it, creating an electric hum that wasn't constant but slightly changing, just to be irregular and irritating; very stained carpet you don't want to touch with you bare feet, if avoidable (who lives there); I was not offered food of any kind in the hotel, but there are nice restaurants just 400m away. Good: the bathroom was with hot water, a working temperature control and working shower cabine, just the hanger for the shower should be refastened, it is just about to fall off, no hanger for the towel or other stuff; the bed linen was clean and the bed didn't smell;

When I stayed for 3 weeks the rooms were filthy. Ants under the Kettle, dirty mattress and my room had been cleaned only twice during my stay. I had to get black bags for my rubbish! One day I had to call the police due to something that had happened on their premises. I didn't have a phone so asked the receptionist to call. They refused to call and said the police are not allowed in the building. I went on the streets looking for someone to call the police for me! Absolutely horendous! Worse place I've ever stayed!

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights over the weekend. Very pleased with the accommodation and especially the service. Very polite and considerate. Will definitely be staying again when visiting the capital. Good location too.

Very welcoming staff, checked in with yusef who was very helpful and friendly, he explained that the hotel is under new management, which they seem to be doing an excellent job. The room was clean and comfortable it looked like it had been recently refurbished. I will be staying again. Thank you guys!
