   Trust!? It's as strong as steel but weak as glass. Once it cracks, it's never the same. I'm not your "PAL" I'm a paying customer. Not anymore, over the years I've spent hundreds of pounds at this Smyth's store, but I'm done now, the trust is gone. I'll buy online from reputable sellers. This post is vague, I know but I felt in danger by this staff member so I left and I'm NOT coming back

   Disgusting experience and customer service. Do not have any expectations of the manager. You will get no empathy. He will not take responsibility for his acations, offer a solution, listen or speak appropriately. You will just get arrogance, ignorance and blame being passed onto his staff unnecessarily. I will NEVER step foot in the store again.

   Always come here to buy Lego as it's a little cheaper than the LEGO store, and close to home. Staff are always friendly and willing to help out. Pretty sure they're starting to see me as a regular customer haha

   Bought a ps5 on sunday and by wednesday it was reduced by £100 smyths hq wont refund the difference saying they didnt know it would be on sale and its against smyth policy

   Massive selection of toys. Great prices. Would recommend. Also has a huge variety of funko pop toys. Staff are always helpful and polite. Plenty of parking spaces.

   The wrong items were on the shelf with a price difference of £3. When I asked Brandon about it he asked someone for a price check, which is normal. He then came back with the price tag saying wrong stock on the shelf. Next Sam a manager came, didn’t acknowledge me, took the ticket & said I’ll go and look at the situation around it. Poor service! As this is only £3 I am not going to wait to be disregarded a second time by Sam the manager. This isn’t what I expected from a large company like Smyths.

   A BIG THANK YOU!! We are the proud winners of a 10ft trampoline, which we won when we entered the Easter hunt at Cortonwood branch Barnsley. All the staff are friendly and helpful. With a special mention to Danielle for organising the pick up our prize. Also Megan, who was lovely with the children, who took part in the Easter hunt. It was great, that all the children who took part in the Easter hunt received an Easter egg, and a Lego bunny for doing the hunt. A very nice gesture.

   On 5 separate occasions my son has been to the shop with friends liking for either stuff for themselves or for younger siblings. Yesterday (28th November 2021) was abruptly stopped at the door and told they need to with an adult. He is 16 and his friends are 17. A member of staff blocked the door and rudely just said your not coming in. I went to the store to see why an as they entered staff were straight in the radios saying watch them. They ended saying it was because of COVID policy. They treat ALL younger people with the same brush and it's about time they stopped.
