“I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a Christmas party with my husband and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, festive, and incredibly welcoming. A special shout-out goes to Holly on reception, who was absolutely outstanding. She greeted me with a smile, handled check-in smoothly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. Her friendliness and professionalism truly set the tone for the entire visit. The Christmas party itself was brilliant—great food, lively entertainment, and a lovely festive setup. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive and helpful, making the whole experience feel effortless.”

“We had a beautiful breakfast, staff are amazing. The garden centre and bistro are a must visit, so many varieties of plants to choose from in the garden centre. The inside shop is fantastic too, we particularly love the indoor plant section. Once you’ve finished here they take a relaxing stroll over the road to Cannon hall. Highly recommend”

“Lovely little place to visit with shops, a garden nursery and shop, a dog shop and groomers, opticians, massage therapist, jewellers and bistro. We had a meal in the bistro and the food was delicious with generous portions. There is a petting zoo area where you can feed the goats with a donation for a pot of food.”

“Yesterday I popped in to treat myself before my birthday, Megan was so helpful, she went above and beyond, nothing was a problem at all. She even helped to style my clothes and even gave me some ideas too, thank you Megan, to senior managers, say thanks to Megan.”

“My little girl loves this nursery so much! The staff are all so friendly and put so much effort in entertaining the children with new fun activities daily. The staff have become like a second family to my little girl and me and I wouldn't have her in any other nursery. They definitely deserve their outstanding Ofsted grade.”

“I was so anxious in leaving my little girl. The team mad us all feel so welcome and she loves it. Not had any tears when we drop her off and she jumps up and down when she realises where she is. The staff make an amazing bond with the kids and with the parents. I have no hesitations in leaving her now as I know she is in the best care and the team will look after her like she is one of their own.”

“Always come here to buy Lego as it's a little cheaper than the LEGO store, and close to home. Staff are always friendly and willing to help out. Pretty sure they're starting to see me as a regular customer haha”

“Lovely nursery. My daughter has attended since she was 18 months old and has thrived. She learns so much, has lots of opportunities to try new skills and activities, including the Forest School. She has made lots of friends and thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery. The staff are always approachable, helpful and professional. I’ve had no issues. I would recommend this nursery and will happily be sending my son.”
