I called this morning after a missed call about rearranging my catβs spaying appointment. Later, when I realised the new time clashed with my schedule, I called back to adjust it. Instead of the usual process of confirming my catβs name, the receptionist insisted on having his exact date of birth. I told her I knew it was in June and asked if his full name would be sufficient, she said no and continued to insist on the exact date. I asked for a moment to check, as I genuinely couldnβt recall it immediately due to pregnancy brain fog and juggling a busy schedule. She immediately put me on hold. When she returned, she was already impatient that I didnβt have the information yet, then put me on hold again. When I asked if there was an issue, she replied, exact words βNo, Iβm just surprised you donβt have that information.β The tone was dismissive and unnecessarily patronising. I hung up and called back. The second receptionist was the complete opposite, professional, patient and genuinely helpful. She confirmed everything using my catβs name without any issue and handled the call exactly as expected. The contrast between the two interactions was stark. One felt needlessly shaming at a time when Iβm already exhausted and overstretched, the other reflected proper professionalism and care.

My cat lost the use of his back legs one day and after calling around a few vets and getting no where my friend gave me the number for this place and straight away they were so kind and helpful on reception. I got my cat registered and seen within the hour, unfortunately I had to put him to sleep as he was old and sick. The vet was so helpful and sympathetic and explained everything to me in detail and with such care. The whole experience was handled so well and they made it very special. A few days later I received a beautiful hand written card with condolences for the loss of my cat which I thought was so sweet and it's something I had never received from a vets before after going through the same thing. I highly recommend this vets and I will be registering my other pets here.

I rang up today to book in one of my yard dogs for appointment what was almost impossible to get being a Saturday but the lady on reception went the extra mile above and beyond told me send pictures of my dogs problems so she could show the vet she literally rang me back 2 minutes after I sent them and got me a same day appointment so I am very Grateful from her services today and also the veterinary that sorted him out today I would highly recommend this vets for the way they look after You kind regards shane xx

We had to bring our beloved dog here as an emergency. Unfortunately we had to make the hearbreaking decision to have him euthanized. The vet who was called April and the receptionist who dealt with us after seemed very professional compassionate and caring. We even received a lovely hand written card from them a few days later. Their kindness at such a difficult time meant a great deal. Thank you

I used to like this vet but now it is so poorly organised. It takes forever to get through via phone nower days, the place looks dirty as it needs a refurbishment and the receptionist had a vile attitude. I'm surprised as the staff used to be so lovely. I've watched it deteriorat for a while now so after my call last week I have signed up with an alternative vet

Would not advise going here. On arrival the vet Dina or Deena? Was so argumentative with the reception staff who were so lovely. She showed nothing but aggression towards both me and my mum and her attitude was horrible. If Dina or dinner is your vet avoid! Did not want my pet treated by her with her aggressive behaviour. Hope the manager sees this and actually acknowledges that having manners toward customers is vital. Everyone should be greeted with a warm feeling and not to been shown great aggression on arrival. Nothing to say about the reception staff as they were lovely. This was the branch in Wythall
