   Amazing I would highly recommended we took our saulki x whippet puppy here this week and they was Amazing They are such lovely people and kind to all their customers. They are also amazing with helping you and giving you good advice They also helped us find a food for our puppy and helped us out with getting a good harness and lead for our puppy

   I have 5 dogs moving on to raw and was recommended to come here, I need over 170 portions or raw meat plus treats every month, so I rang in advance and expected to face maybe a problem or 2 but the owners are great, nothing was too much and just super helpful, im not really a people person anymore and I struggle to be able to just ring places to enquire, yet the owner made this incredibly easy for me which trust me makes a nice change, They also do great food, I get the minced rolls and so does my friend and yes they don’t look pretty when defrosted and cut open however the dogs will pick the bowl with the raw in over anything else, it’s also really done some good in their Lower GI System as their poops are still unpleasant but not anything like some of the whiffers they have done in the past, I was a vet nurse for 18 years and I wish this was more of a thing back when I started as I know it would have helped and assisted various doggy illnesses and issues……Also just wanted to point out my friend went to pick up 25 rolls of frozen raw food last week from this shop and he was a bit late so he wizzed up on his mobility scooter and the shop was shut however the owner saw him and re opened the shop to allow him to buy the food and then helped pack it on the scooter, with zero rushing or anger about it she was lovely. I’d 100% recommend this place.

   Simply Outstanding! What can I say. Super responsive, super friendly and they really do go above and beyond to provide such a great service, selection and keep their customers happy. Stefan is truly someone who is passionate about his business and about making sure all his customers human & furry are given the best service he can possibly provide. They deliver food the same day if possible so you are never caught short if you can’t make it out for whatever reason. Value for money, Great selection to choose from and always willing to offer advice and recommendations. Just Awesome. Definitely Would and will recommend to anybody I know who wants an AAA+++ service. Thank you Stefan Elaine
