If you’re looking for the experience of eating in a complete mess, this is the place for you. The place was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude, incompetent, and completely unprofessional. The food wasn’t worth the money, and the toilets were unusable. I asked for my table to be cleaned, and after waiting for a while as the girl continued chatting with a friend and ignoring me, she finally came over. She ‘cleaned’ the table using water from a random bucket where she dipped some tissue paper, absolutely unacceptable. And that’s just one example. I won’t even start describing the state of the toilets, which I couldn’t bring myself to use. Never again!

Starting off i did not get a receipt with my number after paying in the selfserve. No worries the TV showing the numbers was broken/not active anyway. Movin on i finally get my food and walk back home. (I do not live far away) Food is cold. Fries are soggy. Churros feel like chewing on a carpet. To top it off appareantly the drink dispencer was filled with Dr pepper instead of the Pepsi max i selected. No wonder they have a deal to spin a wheel and win some free food in exchange for a 5 star review. That was all.

Terrible experience at Taco Bell (Shandwick Place) – Taco Tuesday disaster. I went to the shop after 6pm to place a takeaway order for Taco Tuesday, expecting the buy one, get one free taco deal. The kiosk wouldn’t let me pay (card machine said “no comms available”), so I went to the counter. The staff member said he could see my order but still charged me double and gave me the wrong receipt. When I asked about the Taco Tuesday deal, he said he’d give me “extra food” instead. I told him I just wanted the correct number of tacos for the price I paid (£9.96). He gave me a bag and said there were 6 tacos inside – but it should have been 8 with the offer. After I pointed this out, he made 2 more tacos. But when I got home, I discovered that all 8 tacos were made with beef, even though I had specifically ordered chicken. I don’t eat beef, so I couldn’t eat any of them. On top of all that, when replacing the receipt roll, he used the same gloves he later used to prepare the food, which is completely unhygienic. So to sum it up: I was overcharged, given the wrong order, denied the Taco Tuesday deal, saw poor hygiene, and couldn’t even eat the food I paid for. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable. UPDATE 27/06: After my initial experience, I was contacted by the manager who was very understanding and arranged a full refund. My order was also redone properly. When I returned to the restaurant, the person who served me was really nice and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to make things right.

This was a great joint for lunch, with many self-service kiosks available. Chicken burrito was tasty and the fries were fresh, refillable drinks machine is ready for efficient usage too! Seating is comfortable, although service was slow as similar orders from after were given out before mine.

Ordered for delivery, First time ever trying Taco Bell and gotta say I’m pleasantly surprised, food was delicious, however, I’m marking down to 4 stars as, due to the way it was packaged for delivery it was a bit of a mess. The fries and cinnamon sticks were all over the bag and the crunch wrap supreme wasn’t even the slightest bit crunchy. Still, very tasty and I’d happily try again.

The food was decent at first taste and glanse. Upon looking around, I found that the employees stood in the kitchen with their phone out. Now this isn’t a problem but the issue is that the young employee had his work gloves on. So MY FOOD has been touched with his nasty gloves that has touched his phone. I asked for a manager and was told he was eating, at 1am? Maybe the break could’ve been held a different time or he could have come out anyways. I told one of the front employees what I saw, and he was very nice about it. The reason I’m writing this is because I just don’t believe he’s going to keep his word and talk to the employees about this. I also have a picture (face blurred out) as proof. I am so distressed at this and cannot believe this even has to be something I have to complain about. It is BASIC hygiene and they can’t even uphold that. So thank you for lovely food with disgusting germs on it. Feeling: Disgusted.

Tried the crunch-wrap supreme, but it wasn’t up to the mark, even the seasoning was a bit off. The fries were good though, well-seasoned and tasty. and to be honest, considering the price it was decent at best. Expected a bit more like the true-taco-bell flavors from it.

As good as fast food gets. A better price than Mcdonald. More food and bottomless drinks. What more could you want. The shop has charging stations and is modern and well kept as well as friendly staff.

The staff so slow, the whole place a mess. Like no tables cleaned, I had to clean myself. The staff just put the cups on the pick up area so anyone could've taken em and filled up. I ordered some dips and they took 15mkns to just give me dips and I ordered 2 but they gave me one. over all the food was nice tho
