   I tried to do some shopping in the cosmetics section. The fact is, I entered at 7:35 PM, so there were 25 minutes until closing. What I want to share, however, is that I felt constantly watched by someone from the staff, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I was reading the ingredients of the products, so naturally it took a bit longer, yet I felt as if I were suspected of trying to steal something

   Teach your employees personal culture and how to speak to customers! Today around 6 p.m., I was the only person entering the fitting room with two items. The attendant took the items from me and gave me number 2. I went to try them on. After maybe five minutes, I came out, and no one from the staff was there. So I put the two items on a hanger in the fitting room and put the number back. The customer won't waste time waiting for someone to come. I'd barely left the fitting room when the staff rushed over. I told her that I had put the things and the number on the hanger. she ordered me to show her which things I had hung up... Remember that five minutes earlier, I was the only person in the fitting room, and She took them from me for inspection! I showed her the things. She took them then rudely and impudently said, "Where are the other things?". Irritated, I asked her, "Which one?" and she replied "you only had two things?" I just replied "yhyy" and left. A brazen young lady who has no tact and treats customers like thieves, in front of other people because she can't remember what she was doing five minutes earlier, even though I was the only person in the fitting room. Check the cameras to see how many things I had and how many I put away! she didn't even apologize for her terrible behavior.

   You’ll usually find something here - even if it’s not what you came shopping for in the first place. We often come to rummage through the clothes rails, but recent purchases have included plant pots and drink bottles. It’s that kind of place! The clothing can be hit or miss, depending on what deliveries have come in, but their Home Sense shop usually has an eclectic mix of pretty much everything. Worth going for a browse.

   Good selection of essentially "everything". This TK MAX is a better version than the one in silverburn. It's more organised, albeit it does have a fewer selection of "everything" than the one in silverburn. Nevertheless, it's tidier and cleaner.

   The girl at the till was lovely - she is in the right job and I felt her customer service skills were top notch. Great selection of stuff - I got a new mug and people will not stop asking me about it. Actually, might smash it and buy a boring one hahaha

   To find good clothing items you really need to have time to have a good rake as all the clothes are laid in rails by size not by each item! However I think the homeware section is great!
