   I'd like to share a very unpleasant experience I had on Tuesday, October 7th, around 7 p.m. After leaving the fitting room, the woman working there told me she wouldn't hang my clothes on the rack because with the number of customers she sees every day, she couldn't do it and I had to do it myself. She was also very rude when she spoke to me. And when I left, she called me an idiot. I think it's too much to come to a store to shop, spend money there, and then be insulted.

   TK MAX Does a bit of exaggeration with reductions on price as some of the clothes still have the original price tag and the TK price tag saying that it's been reduced by 70% when in reality the original price tag is showing that the items have only been reduced by 20%-50% max. Over exaggeration on price reduction is duping people into believing they are getting a bigger bargain than they genuinely get. And some items which are identical have different prices such as these two insulated stainless steel bottles one with £12.99 the other with £14.99 and the jumper was originally only £34 as the original label is has been left on but the TK max label saying the original price is £60. And many items can be bought cheaper in other shops such as these insulated bottles are cheaper in the home store next door to TK max identical size and make for only £9.99

   It's a hit and a miss when shopping at T K Max. It's best to check prices as you may not always get a bargain. However, it's nice to see a variety, and it's always either a hit or a miss when looking for a bargain. I have yet to find one.

   Interesting selection of items, possibly the largest selection of health and beauty products I've seen which will be great for Christmas shopping. The handbag department is so well stocked. In terms of the clothes I've seen better stocked TKMaxx but it has been some time since I've been in one and the store is on the smaller side but for the other items good selection of things.

   The store manager was completely dismissive and unhelpful shaping a very negative customer experience. The member of staff who did process the return of the defective item (confirmed as such by TK Maxx online customer support) provided a much better service.
