Comfortable bed, not many other positives to say. I get it's a very old building... The floor is so loud and creeks. The windows are so thin it lets all the noisand draft in. Half the building is freezing and the other half is boiling. The worst part is the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all poor at best and took forever to be ready.

Absolute bargain! Really surprised that this was one of the cheapest options for me to stay in while attending a boozy christmas do! The bar area was attractive and welcoming. Reception staff really friendly and chatty. He informed us the hotel was about to undergo a refurbishment so I was intrigued to see what my room was like... I was pleasantly surprised, it was clean and not too shabby! Strange but interesting layout- huge! I imagine their prices will go up when they refurbish. Breakfast was really nice- everything on offer. Would have preferred an hour extra for breakfast- it finished at 0930, but despite arriving at 0920, the food was out a little while longer :) I would definitely return for these prices!

The only reason I've given a 4 star rating was because of the food. The rooms and staff were amazing. This a lovely hotel and our room was lovely. We stayed for 2 nights. The food unfortunately wasn't as good as the hotel. A lot of the menu the first night wasn't available. What we did order we felt could of have been better. That is only our opinion and may of suited others. The second night we decided to dine out instead. We would of happily eaten in the hotel otherwise. Ive seen other reviews regarding sirens and lights. We had no issues with either. After all its located in a city centre, not the countryside. People should do a little research if they are concerned about a good nights sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked a executive suite and on arrival found out I had been moved down into a King suite instead... a little confused why but went with it... then I remember asking for a 'haunted room' when I made the booking (im a bit weird and like that sort of thing). I googled my room (room 160) they'd only gone and changed my booking to 'the most haunted room' haha! Thankyouuuu! The hotel was lovely, the staff were fantastic, the latte was lovely, I didnt do the breakfast as im not a morning eater. Cant fault this place apart from the spooks did not appear that night! The room itself was cosy tho, Its a lovely building thats like a maze inside, its a shame you have to pay for parking but not a huge bill. I managed to have a little night wander in Arnos Vale Cemetery next door too and there are plenty of shops nearby for snacks. I'll definitely be back to try again ha. Thankyou!

Unfortunately I can't say much about rooms or location, as I only entered the establishment twice this week for a course I was talking. But what i can tell you is based off of the ground floor, it Is a very nice building. A lot of charm, character and style you don't really get much of nowadays. The staff were smashing too! I may have briefly conversed with about 7 of the staff between both days. Each one as kind, friendly and well mannered as the next. One gentleman in particular, really helped a lot of us out in my course when we needed to print things off and stuff. From being in similar positions myself at work I can appreciate it may have been a pain but he was very respectful and assisted everyone. It is a shame I did not have the pleasure of attending the hotel as a room guest, as I expect I would have had a nice time. But if I am in the area again I will be sure to check it out.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the hotel itself was charming. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Arnos Manor Hotel and would highly recommend it. Five stars!

It's great value over the price and generally a nice place to stay over. I think the interior is quite recently redone, so nice modern bar and dinning area etc.... making the it much better than I expected. Room was cleaned everyday, simple but nice and tidy.

Easy access to the city centre from here with eateries close by. Lovely old building with a welcoming reception and staff and lots of parking, although pitch black! Room itself was clean, good bed, good size but the bathroom was very tired. Not dirty as such but not sparkling either. Shower leaked everywhere, floor was stained and old, seals work and black bits, just tired all round. Socket on the wall was loose and didn't work, very dangerous.
