We were dreading going shopping to a trade counter style shop (like Argos), as we only had a vague idea of what we wanted and we hate wasting people's time, so thank goodness the fabulous Zena-*** team came to the rescue! We initially came in to purchase some cutlery and the one we wanted was not in stock, but far from it becoming a frustrating experience Zena and *** made it really enjoyable giving us many suggestions and alternatives. As they were so kind and knowledgeable we tried our luck with dinning ware and after they went above and beyond showing us different styles, makes and designs we bought a whole new set! But did it end here? No it didn't, we decided to enquire about pots, pans and baking trays... far from showing any signs of tiredness -as our quick 10min shop had turned into 1h- they tackled the new pots and pans business with the same enthusiasm and service as our initial cutlery initial enquiry, filling the counter with different pots and pans, we eventually settled for the only ones not in stock XD, our lovely heroes did not break a sweat and placed us an oder! Thank you for such lovely service Zena and **** for your positive attitude and professionalism, it was a refreshing breath of fresh air. Note: We have completely forgotten the name of the other lady, when i find it i will update the review with her name.
