Nice items, but lack of staff around shoe and trainner section. Mainly now selling clothes and taking away sport equipment and the sport equipment that is on show, there isn't much choice.
Not a good store. Staff are quite rude when you do actually find a member and most don’t acknowledge you. The only helpful one was the young man working on his own getting trainers. He was rushed off his feet. Not a lot of choice in This store and hardly any of the sizes needed were not in stock. No information on where to get them or on their returns policy which is store credit or exchange only. Young girl on till didn’t really know what she was doing. Wouldn’t recommend this shop.
Went in Sunday 28th august my autistic sons birthday tomorrow and he wanted the premier league football! Haven’t been able too get it! There weren’t any on sale, I asked one off the staff and explain the situation too him! He said that he would go too the warehouse too see if there was any!! I am so very grateful too this staff member who went above and beyond too help me!! I didn’t take his name but would like to say thank you so much!! Excellent customer service!!!
Only given 4 stars, this was due to the lack of floor staff in the shop on the day. However the young lady who assisted me was very polite and was able to find the exact trainer in my size. So sale made.
If you want one, they have probably got one, might be in your size too. Check their website before you purchase as very often the the same item/product is advertised cheaper online than labelled in the shop. They have dynamic pricing so that all stock can vary in price and relabelling and updating thousands of products daily might require a few extra staff. Had a great bargain in a pair of Karrimor boots and am well pleased. Get in there!
Went to pick up some women's and girls gym gear. Really poor collection with limited sizes available and choice was also limited. The store was really sparsely stocked. The customer service at the till was fab, the team member that served us was friendly and helpful.
Went to this store in hope that I could get some new trainers, when I walked in there were plenty to choose from and I wouldn't of had a problem picking a pair. The problem is when I tried to buy a pair and they were to high up to reach the staff wasn't around to help and I was looking for an hour there before giving up. when I did see a member of staff they didn't even pay attention to me and just carried on walking and there was only three of us in store shopping. I don't recommend if you want polite service or help.
