   I really regret choosing the ibis Budget Belfast City Centre. The room was in noticeably poor condition. The window didn’t close properly, which meant light poured in all night and every bit of street noise came straight through. It made it nearly impossible to sleep. Other parts of the room also felt neglected, as if basic maintenance just isn’t a priority. On top of that, the hotel seems to attract a lot of very noisy guests. There was shouting and banging in the hallways late into the night, and it didn’t feel like staff were able to keep things under control. The price might look tempting at first, but it is absolutely not worth it. Between the noise, the lack of upkeep, and the overall atmosphere, this was one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

   Great location. Rooms were small, would be okay for a night or two, no more. Continental breakfast was great. Facilities like pool table and games available at reception. Within walking distance to the city centre and restaurants and pubs nearby. Room was clean and tidy.

   We found the Ibis Budget, a really pleasant hotel to stay in. Rooms were very clean, the shower was great, there is a TV with Netflix and we found the temperature controls really easy to use. The staff were very polite, the clears were very diligent and you even get complimentary pastries in the morning, which was nice touch. Of course it’s a little basic but it’s such good value for the price. Overall, it’s a great location with great access to the city centre.

   The room was on the small side but was completely acceptable for a night - bed was comfy, shower was hot and the location is excellent. The breakfast wasn't great however - continental-style only, with the only hot option being baked beans. And I asked if I could leave a bag in the luggage room after check out and - Ryanair-syle - was told it was an extra £2, which just seems a bit mean.

   Pleasantly surprised by how spacious, clean and comfortable our twin room was — would have absolutely no hesitation in staying again! Mattresses very comfy, location quiet and convenient, breakfast nice, and the 24-hour pizza service a yummy treat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only major downside would be the toilet doors offering very little privacy… but shy guests will be glad to know there are private loos by reception.

   The hotel is well situated, clean and modern. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The shower was amazing! I would have prefered the toilet door to have a little hook or slidelock with which to close it from the inside. A coffee station in the room and not downstairs would have been cozy. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would stay there again.

   It’s an exact scenario of it does what it says on the tin to be completely honest. As a lot of people do we visited Belfast on a lovely little city break and this hotel seemed to be the closest to the bus garage where our bus from the airport come to. Lovely cheap stay close to the city centre but the only problem that might be caused to some is that there is a bar right next door that plays pretty loud music but since we didn’t mind it wasn’t really an issue but this is the only concern that might arise if you are after a bit of piece and quite.

   Hotel vibe is do friendly and staffs are nice and they checked in our room even sooner than check in time. The location of the hotel is perfect and we have access to the most important parts of the city. Lots of bars and restaurants are nearby.

   Always try and book a room here if I need to stay the night in Belfast. The staff have always been very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the hotel is in a decent location. It's easy to get a bus in and out of the city centre if need be, or it's a 15-20min walk, depending.

   A reasonably inexpensive hotel in a great location for anyone wanting to visit Belfast. The Europa Bus Station and Belfast Train Station along with shops, restaurants, takeaways, pubs and clubs, are all within easy walking distance. Being situated centrally, there may be late night noise from nearby establishments, including music and revellers. But this should be expected for such a location. The rooms are clean, and practical with en-suite facilities. However, everything may not be fully serviced, but was still functional. Issues encountered included; *Window blinds opened and closed, but not smoothly and needed a guiding hand. *Window latch handle was loose, but still allowed opening and closing of window. *Toilet roll holder was not firmly attached to the wall. The television in the room had good reception and a working remote control, but only a limited number of free to air channels. The reception is manned at all times, for check-in, check-out, or to assist with any queries. Breakfast is available at additional cost if required in a morning. Pizza is available from reception 24/7 at a very reasonable price. There is also small, but adequate bar in reception, offering a limited selection of until 2am.
