Quite simply the worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I had to pick up a prescription for a relative who'd been told it was ready. I arrived to find 3 people in the pharmacy who'd all been given incorrect prescriptions. Another man was shouting saying "this is always happening". And guess what my prescription wasn't ready. The staff are poorly trained, under staffed, uncommunicative and unable to perform their jobs. I've reported this to Boots head office and made a formal complaint to the NHS. Boots simply should be removed from running this pharmacy.

Why say your open until 1pm, when I've gone down for my prescription at 1245 and your closed. Between you and next door the ill people of Sandiacre are in a lot of trouble. Update is there no longer open at weekend's, update your opening hours then

Staff over whelmed, shortage of help, pharmacists are over whelmed with volume of old people shouting and moaning, give these people a break, we are ALL under pressure, they are doing a good job, regards to seating outside, no disabled person is entilited to a seat anywhere, buy one off eBay, Iβm disable get over it, no ones elseβs fault, and this isnβt anything todo with the performance of staff, I enjoy there services, especially parcel delivery, Keep up the good work, although days seemingly never ending, just know that most of us appreciate your hard work. :)

A handy place but they don't answer the phone, expect one person who seem to answer around 4pm when it's often to late for most people to get service required. She works PT.

Had an appointment for my flu jab through a corporate voucher. The pharmacist was great, especially as he was dealing with a lot of people. The front desk staff, not so much. She was dealing with a long queue ho be fair, but she seemed unaware of the vaccine appointments. She was trying to send me to the back of the queue!! Why? I didn't have a prescription or anything to buy, it was a completely separate thing from what the people were queueing for. It created tension for no reason.

It's such a shame that I feel moved to have to give a negative review of this pharmacy. It used to be a smashing little place; very efficient, helpful and well run. How things change! The last few times that I have been in there I have had to wait a considerable time just for something straightforward. I've also had to change where my repeat prescriptions go to as the last couple of times it has been over 10 days before my medication has been ready. But what really frustrates me is the amount of time staff stand around talking about how people complain about the place. Recently I was in there and two of us were stood for over 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged, whilst there was general chit-chat going on in the back of the store. I understand that there have been some very cutting comments made on Spotted Sandiacre and other places (only because I have heard the staff talking about them) but surely the best way to counter this is with good service? The staff are friendly and mostly helpful but this is not enough. Waiting times and staff moaning are not conducive to a good experience, especially when no positive changes are made even when they are aware of customers' frustrations. As sad as it is, I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future, and I would hope Boots would notice what customers are saying and take the appropriate action to bring about improvements.

Used to be really good. Now take FOREVER to get in the place, there are often 15+ customers waiting to get in) let alone get served. Also I now get the text telling me the prescription is ready for collection one or two days after I have collected it the last four times!(actually, didnt get one at all last time). Recently went to collect something which they were short of previously on my prescription, but as 6 weeks or so had passed "that has been closed out, so you will need to get another prescription"!!!!! Luckily, I pay monthly for my prescriptions, orherwise i would have paid for that item !!! Robbery

Absolutely terrible service. I had to use them as Adam House wouldn't give me a proper prescription that could be taken to another pharmacy. They didn't have what I needed in stock and told me it'd be available on the Saturday (I took the prescription in on Thursday) and I'd get a text when it was ready. I never got a message so tried calling - 15 times so far and no answer, it just rings and rings and rings. So now I'm without medication for another 2 days, I'll be lucky to not end up in hospital at this rate.
