Returned a £90 bed as was too small, checked this was okay with company who advised was fine and details to send back too. Returned bed over 2 weeks ago and received no refund. No response from customer service at all, emails or calls. They also operate under a company called gadget express, who have very similar experience of returning products and providing no refund at all.
