Long wait. Poor food. Hash brown was bitter. Fish and chips supper fatty and oily , no taste at all. Coleslaw too much mayo.

Absolutely fab cafe. Step free access and helpful staff. You can sit outside in nice weather or there's plenty of room indoors when it's not.

Great service and a nice breakfast roll. We love being by the sea on a stormy day, so when storm Bert came bouncing through we decided to drive to the coast for a bite to eat. We chose this place as it was as close to the sea as you can get. I am sure in a nice dait would be busy, but I like it quite. Still enough customers for atmosphere and right next to the beach. The drive up to it is a bit industrial, but don't let it put you off. There is a car park right next door, 90p an hour and public loos.

Haven’t been here for years but although there’s been a few changes, in tables and outside spaces , remains a staple all day breakfast, Dog and child friendly, great being so close to beach , good menu selection. Basic full breakfast 7 out of 10 , egg not great and rest was warm not hot , Staff friendly, the place needs a good clean and a little love .

The nice thing about this place is the location. Right beside the sea. However, it doesn't really have a sea view because it is kind of low down (sounds weird I know but you'll see what I mean when you come). It's got a plaque saying that it is the place where King Charles II set off from when he fled to Fécamp in France to escape from Oliver Cromwell. The food is nice.

Good sized portions of variable pricing. Cooked Sunday lunch or meals can be gd value and say a portion of chips is very expensive for what it is. Located next to the sea so the atmosphere is based on that. Very busy due to location in the summertime. Gd for a coffee or snack & nice to be able to get food & drink at this beach location.

Really enjoyed my first visit to this quirky little cafe. Hubby tucked into a massive cooked breakfast whilst I opted for a BLT which was a proper meal in itself. Also I'm lactose intolerant so I was very impressed to be offered a choice of three dairy alternatives in my tea. I'll definitely be back

I've been coming here since I was a little girl, it's always clean and staff always efficient and friendly. First time I used the table service by scanning the QR code and it was was easy and quick service, the lad who served me also grabbed my cutlery and condiments for me as I had the dog with me who would have lost his mind if I'd left him outside while I went to get them! Really helpful considering they were busy! I paid £10.40 for cup of tea, scrambled egg on toast and 2 extra Sausages (for the dog) which is a little high in comparison to local cafes around town, knowing If I bought the children with me, I'd be looking at £30/£40 for breakfast makes me squirm lol but I'd go back so?....plenty of seating indoors and outside and what more could you want having breakfast in the sun listening to the crashing waves! Bliss!! There are public toilets between the cafe and carpark, parking is really reasonable and takes cash or card! It's a pebble beach but always clean and really good for dog walks or spending a few hours with family!

Very lovely cafe, quite modern inside, great views just outside with the sea right on the doorstep. A beautiful walk along the sea front. Although they didn't seem to have everything on the menu, they did give us replacements and served us super quickly. The food was very tastey, the milkshake was really thick and yummy and the sandwiches we had came with thick chips. All together a very pleasant experience.
