   Terrell, Summer, Rajan and Kevin were in this amazing shoe shop in Reading called JD and I have to say, what a very cool group of young folk, very diplomatic, informative, friendly and helpful. The music was on beat, Terrell is a manager like no other, cool authority, attentative plus polite and discerning. The experience was bespoke, classy and left me and my singer friend Jordan with a feeling of not wanting to leave the shop. Well done to the manager and his team.

   I never write reviews but the blonde tattooed lady on the tills today really amazed me with her customer service, she helped me with my shoes and then served me on the tills. Her sales skills while selling me a crep protection spray really shows that she cared about me keeping my shoes clean. I’d highly recommend her and wished I got her name.

   I don't typically write reviews, but as a regular customer of JD, I felt I had to share my positive experience. After facing and extremely long wait, receiving the wrong pair of shoes and an unhelpful manager, I was kindly assisted by a young hijabi women at the tills. Not only was she very friendly and charismatic but also highly efficient, personally grabbing the right shoes for me. On top of that, she also went out of her way to guide me through the JD Sports loyalty app, showing great patience throughout the slow process of it. I didn't quite catch her name but I was genuinely impressed with her professionalism and competence.

   I just want to say on here a really big thank you to the sales assistant summer on tills. We came over with a lot of items and she took the time to talk to us and ask how our day was Really getting into conversations and we really enjoyed her company. I’m really surprised she isn’t a manager 10/10 service and will be going to her for future payments

   Hey all, I just wanted to come here and share my spectacular experience at JD today. While I was waiting in the queue waiting to get served, I saw this man arguing with one of the employees about a refund, and It's true what they say that pressure really does make diamonds, because the employee ( who sounded Mexican but looked Indian) was so calm and composed and never got angry, he also greeted me and my husband with such a lovely smile and attitude. I just want to say what an amazing job he did, and as someone who also works in this industry, I have to say that he truly is a gem!

   The customer experience was ridiculous, and I will definitely not go again to this store. All fitting rooms were locked, which made the store look more like a prison than a place where to enjoy doing some shopping and relax after a working day. I was also asked to leave my bag (with a laptop) outside the fitting room. Seriously? I don't appreciate at all being treated like a thief for no reason. Obviously I just went away without buying the leggings I was actually planning to buy if I would have had a human customer experience. Never again!

   Started off alright with customer service, the chap serving was over confident which ended up back firing. I asked for a UK 1 for my daughter he got a 13 and told me that its the same as a 1 put his speaker on loud on the walkie-talkie and tried to prove me wrong. His colleague corrected him, then told me he's bad, had to go to the counter for the correct size, show my email receipt etc etc, long process that could have been avoided

   Worst clothes shop i have ever been to. Poor customer service, waited 20min at the tilt because of slow moving employers so they can tell me while rechecking between them that a visible damged shoe has no visible damage whatsoever. Very disappointed about this shop experience. If you want to make your day worst you should try give them a visit.

   Good mix of trainers and casual shoes but very expensive. If they have them in the reduced section you can get a decent deal. Once you've tried them on with the staff who are obviously on commission to sell shoe protector, polish etc. the till service is so very slow. No haste or service given. Took about 10 minutes to pay!
