   Last time when I came to the restaurant for breakfast, after finishing the meal, my friend and I had two beers. Feeling that they were good, we had another two beers in the evening. None of these four beers required us to show our passports. But this time, when I went there, suddenly they asked to see our passports. And when I went to place the order, I was scolded and then asked to leave by the security guard. Was it because my friend and I are foreigners?

   Outside seating on the upstairs balcony was nice. Pub was fairly quiet for a Wednesday lunchtime. Managed to get a table easily enough. Had a hot chocolate & my wife had a latte. So cheap & refills are free. Car park in Bedford place was directly opposite & had spaces available.

   I did not like the ambience or the food at this Wetherspoon. The place felt quite unhygienic, and there was a strong smell of liquor mixed with an unpleasant odour as soon as I walked in. It didn’t feel like a comfortable environment to sit and eat. The overall atmosphere was off-putting and the food didn’t make up for it either. It was a disappointing experience compared to other Wetherspoon locations I’ve been to.

   The smalles chicken wings ever in a JD Wetherspoon, may I was just unlucky who knows also had to go to the bar again to DK for the cutlery and as usual I wasn't asked if I preferred the bluecheese sauce so had to deat with the super spicy one that I don't particularly like.

   Food arrived quickly, and was OK. However, tables, menus ect were sticky dirty and generally not pleasant to handle. Staff, although pleasant didn't look professional at all. What looked like a supervisor was serving in her outdoor coat!

   Best place to hangout for students and sport lovers. Reasonable price for drinks and food. Their large English breakfast is a must try, fell in love with it!!

   As soon as we walked in the smell of vomit was overpowering.. decor is looking very tired and in need of a spruce up, staff where friendly enough, stayed for a wine and a beer and then left, not the best Wetherspoons I’ve visited , won’t be going back .

   Friendly enough service and a clean pub with good atmosphere. I had the chicken wings with two hot sauce and an Otter Bridge ale for under £8. Ale was very good, but the wings tasted tangy.
