Take advantage of the call and collect service, it’s a lots quicker place your order over the phone or email and the warehouse guys will try their hardest to have the order picked and ready for when you arrive.

Sales staff are very helpful here. However the warehouse staff / forklift drivers are a bit grumpy, if they even bother speaking to you before snatching your ticket as they drive by. Be prepared to wait for extended periods of time if they have any lorries waiting to be loaded / unloaded

Always kept waiting... 25mins this time and no other customers, even one of the guys from the office commented how bad they were. I've waited other occasions even longer, but this isn't the only branch with the same problem, such is the way of buying from CCF
