   I like the products and staff are great but it's incredibly frustrating the number of times I've gone recently only to find them closed on a break. It can be completely different times of day so there's no way to predict it. Probably need to hire more staff or change misleading opening times to avoid fruitless trips.

   I went on a walk through Reading town centre to 4 different vape shops so compare prices. There was very little difference with the first 3 but then I discovered Totally Wicked. I was looking for Lost Mary BM6000 refills & the first 3 shops ranged from £7.99 - £8.99. The vape shop on Cross street sells them for £7.99 & to be fair they do offer a discount with membership but it's only on your next purchase & it's not much of a saving. At Totally Wicked you get a discount card so your 12th refill is free. Get to 9 & they give you a free refillable vape device with expert advice on what to get. Even better, yes it gets better, if you work or own a business in Reading you pay £6.49 for a Lost Mary refill. Brilliant yes? I would say so

   I really liked the shop. It smelled like berries as soon as I got in. It's very well organized and clean. The costumer service was amazing. The sales assistant Matthew Cook was super helpful with everything. We were able to try lots of different flavours. He even stayed overtime to give us the best costumer experience. My boyfriend bought an awesome vape. Very good price and quality and Matt's suggestions were right to the spot. I cannot stop to recommend this place. You're not gonna be disappointed.
