   Brought all downstairs flooring not happy with the finish, husband rang a couple times and spoke with a manager or who he believes was a manager who said that the sealant around door frames was down to the fitters some do it some don’t. They then sent out the same fitters which we would have sooner had someone new. They said they’d spoken with management and that wasn’t said to us and that they do not seal around door frames leaving the job looking untidy and unfinished. The floor edging isn’t finished to the doors so looks untidy. Cutting was done in my house and dust and bits of floor chipping left around my house as no vacuuming was done after. We had a full box of flooring taken away even though we paid for this we had to then chase this to be returned to us. The flooring itself is fantastic quality it’s ashame the finish looks unfinished.already spoke with the fitment manger multiple times sent out the same guys to be told that they do not seal the door frames so unless your going to come out and seal these then it’s useless. And to add to that my disabled sons bedroom door was left not able to shut and after spending just short of 3k with you I was told to have this planed I’d have to pay another £20! This should be included with the fitment, my house should be left how it was found and my doors should be able to shut you shouldn’t be making more money off people.

   "Lovely Furniture Store" I placed an order last Sunday for a pair of bar chairs / Stools. The lady checked the stock levels on the system for me and said it may be several weeks for delivery to Store. I was fine with that I'm in no rush. I received an email yesterday, contacted the Store to make sure they were in before I travelled, and sure enough they were. I collected them this morning, very polite, front of house staff and the lads in the warehouse are superb, taking every effort to load them correctly into my vehicle. I find the store just brilliant, not pushy at all, browse at your leisure and ask for help when you need it. I find this balance perfect to try things out for comfort before you buy. Thankyou Toons I will return in the future for more quality furnishings. 5 star from me. Best Wishes to you all.

   We visited Toons originally just to have a look at the furniture but after seeing that they did made to measure curtains with a full fitting service we decided to get a quote. We chose a material and pattern colour that we liked and then booked an appointment for Olga to visit our home. She gave some great advice on what would be best for our windows as well as taking measurements. She then emailed us a detailed quote with a full breakdown of costs for the curtains and fitting. After confirming the curtain material and accepting the quote, an appointment was then made for the fitters to come and carry out some preparatory work whilst the curtains were being made, with a subsequent appointment for the proper fitting. The fitters did a very professional job and the curtains are very well made. We couldn't be any happier with the service we received and would recommend anyone considering having new curtains to go and visit the team at Toons. You won't be disappointed.

   Great selection of household furniture and soft fixtures and they have items for all budgets We were on a tight budget and I was surprised at the quality of the table and chairs we got for our cash. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. We'll go there first when we need something.
