Found the pharmacist, serina, at boots was condescending and rude to myself and my mother when we came to collect her regular medications. With a sensitive condition she was told to ‘read the label’ and felt very brushed off and the pharmacist went to the back of the room on her phone texting smiling.

The baby room is so filthy with mold built on the sink. I complained to the staff about it and came back 2 weeks later to find it in the exact same state.

Generally the store is fine (if a little run down) however be aware that the pharmacy opening hours are different to the advertised opening hours. Pharmacy opens at 9:30 Monday to Saturday not 8:00 and isn't open Sunday. ( The main boots website has the full hours but Google doesn't so not Boots fault!) Also double check they have the full prescription as you don't really want to come back into town for the second half with the parking charges etc (that's clearly not specific to this store just a general comment)

Went to have my eyes tested on the Friday. I'd had a cataract removed earlier. Service was fantastic, I was looked after bu staff from the minute I arrived up to the selection to payment of my new glasses. Following Monday the glasses were ready so I collected Tuesday am, still a great service. Thank you.

I spent around 5 minutes looking at mascara as they didn't carry the one I wanted (bambi eyes) so I was weighing my options. During this time the security lady that greeted me at the entrance walked back and forth behind me, between the shelves, looking at the various brands, she was right there behind me watching me the whole time. There were plenty of other people coming in, looking about, but she stuck to me for some reason, it made me feel absolutely horrible. Maybe it's because I'm fat? Or maybe my clothes offended her? I just gave up and went to Superdrug, where they actually had my mascara too!

There is a pharmacy inside which offers wide range of products, but please note that the opening hours if pharmacy are different, you better check the opening hours if you wanna pick up your prescription. Have a look at the picture I took for pharmacy opening hours

A very convenient location to shop for almost all your needs for shopping at a chemist store. There are bargains and items on sale but in real terms you could get better value just around the corner at Superdrug. Some of the items are not located where the signs are posted and you have to ask the staffs to help locate the items. However, staffs are very helpful and courteous and with quick response. The ambience of the store is not as pleasant and user friendly as the one in Oracle. Perhaps it needs a complete refurbishment.

They are a good drugstore chain. My favorite item they carry is a particular type of finger nail clipper. It's very durable and only a few £s. They have a great selection of products and reasonable prices.
