Absolutely fantastic place to stay with amazing hosts .... Whole experience is incredible.... Loved the firepit whilst enjoying a fantastic barbecue. Will definitely return
Had a fantastic weekend here for my friends 30th, stayed with our Mom's and sister. The area you stay in is very large and very cute! It is well equipped and is such a different experience from what we had done before. Jay let us feed the pigs, and hold some chickens and chicks which I loved. It was nice knowing they are nearby too but also feels like you have the whole place to yourself. It really is a unique place you have and we definitely will be returning! Our favourite night was by the fire where we played games and toasted marshmellows. Thanks so much for an amazing stay to you both, we will definitley be coming back and thank you for such great hospitality!
I spent the weekend here with my girlfriends for a 40th. There was 7 adults and we had the best time. The hosts were amazing, letting us see the animals on the farm and bringing over firewood and toilet rolls when we ran out. The place itself is so unique and I would highly recommend it. We had the best time and will definitely be back.
Stayed here very recently with adult daughters and 2 dogs. We all had a fabulous time relaxing in the woodland around the fire pit and in the hot tub (not the dogs!) The dogs had a great time snuffling in the woods and digging for critters. The woodland is almost dog secure so I kept my dogs on their long leads after the little one escaped to go see the pigs and chickens (nearly followed by the bigger one). Better trained dogs would probably be fine to roam off lead under supervision. There's a really good secure dog paddock nearby which we used to give them a good run round. The owners are friendly, helpful and welcoming, and were there when we needed them. The double bed in the hive was really comfortable but the futon wasn't good for our bad backs! Needs more padding! I would recommend staying here for a relaxing retreat!
