Tranquil, Cleanliness is spotless, excellent service and fantastic lodges. Very comfortable stay, home away from home.
The lodge was clean had lots of little touches ie biscuits etc, well thought out

We rented the smallest of the cabins for 1 week and we have loved it. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and spotless. The sitting room area is really cosy with the fire on and the squishy leather sofa's. The hot tub is fantastic and a really good size considering the cabin is for four people, most thigs like that say they will fit four but you are on top of each other, this has plenty of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are again well appointed, the only downside we have found to the bedroom is that the main bed is a double and we have become used to a much larger bed, that is not to say the bed is uncomfortable at all because it is nice, it is just what we have become used to at home. The area is lovely and quiet, there are so many beautiful walks close by and a plethora of great places to eat. All in all we would highly recommend Oaklands lodges.
We have just had a lovely week in August staying at Meadow View, the lodge was immaculate and equipped with everything you could need for a family of eight. The hot tub was fantastic and the location rural and quiet. On the edge of the Peak District there are many places to visit but we enjoyed our evenings at the lodge as much as our day trips. We will definitely visit again - thank you for a great stay.
Lovely setting quiet away from it all x lovely Cabins every mod con except tumble dryer x would be handy for towel etc x that said had amazing time x comfortable clean cabins x Hot tub great fun x cleaned every morning x definitely come again x lovely walk to pub about 1 1/2 miles walk 5 min drive x Holly Bush Inn x
