    MBE Reading provided me collection, packing and courier service to Canada for a one-off small auction purchase. The handling time was reasonable and the merchandise was well packed, thank you. I won't give five stars though, as I was quoted (and paid) 110 pounds sterling for the service. Auction firms with in-house packing usually charge me 25-35 pounds, while pack-and-send services come in around 50 pounds. I overpaid because the collection was time-sensitive, no hard feelings, but I will know to seek more cost-competitive firms in the future.

    Staff very professional and helpful. My only suggestion might be to offer the option of a slightly slower delivery method, as the postage cost was truly monumental. Truly. This does not reflect on the staff - they have no control over postage prices.
